Conditions

The bicycle rental service is provided by Aventura Palentina S.L. with VAT number: B-13681325, the owner of the rental bicycles and equipment outlined in this lease agreement.
To ensure proper use of the bicycles and equipment, and to ensure that each user behaves responsibly and has the best possible experience, the lessee agrees to:

1. Be of legal age. Otherwise, it is necessary to be accompanied by a legal guardian who will take responsibility for the correct use of the bicycles.
2. The rental period will be as stated on the first page of this agreement.
3. The customer must inform us of any damages to the equipment or any malfunctions upon receiving the bicycle.
4. A deposit of €200 for electric bicycles and €50 for mechanical bicycles is required. The deposit will be refunded upon the return of the bicycle, after verifying its condition. Additionally, a photograph of the lessee's ID will be taken. The deposit is held in anticipation of potential damages, losses, or failure to return the rented accessories. The payment and deposit must be
   made in full and in advance at the time of rental.
5. The equipment must be returned complete and in the same condition as when it was received by the customer.
6. The cost of repairs or replacement of the bicycle or equipment due to damage will be borne by the customer. *See detailed bicycle repair prices.
7. The bicycles, along with any optional rented equipment (charger, bike rack, etc.), must be collected and returned at the agreed location and date as specified in this agreement and during the established hours. Any returns outside the agreed-upon hours will be charged at a rate of €10 per hour of delay.
8. In case of damage, theft, or loss of equipment, the user will be obligated to reimburse Aventura Palentina S.L. for the value of the stolen material.

9. The customer declares to be in perfect health condition, capable of handling a bicycle, and possessing the necessary control over the rented equipment (please consult the gear shifting operation if unsure, as improper use could result in mechanical failure).
10. Wearing a helmet is mandatory.
11. Bicycle rental does not include personal damage insurance. Therefore, the lessee is responsible for any personal or material damages that may occur. The rental includes coverage under the corresponding Third-Party Liability insurance, which covers damages caused by the lessee to third parties, individuals, or properties. It is the responsibility of the customer and their companions to comply with Spanish traffic regulations and to ride with care, respecting pedestrians.
12. The customer’s data will be used for the proper provision of the contracted service. In accordance with the law, the customer can request access, rectification, cancellation, or objection by communicating through any means to the lessor.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel and/or modify reservations free of charge with a notice of 7 days prior to the start of the rental service. If the reservation is cancelled or modified with less notice, the full amount will be retained, and no refund will be provided, except for the deposit.

Failure to show up with the committed number of participants for the activity will require the full payment of the reservation.
Cancellations due to force majeure or adverse weather conditions will be decided by the company, whether to cancel or modify the reservation.
